Any product bought from Rajah’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, If you follow these terms and conditions below:
- In case of defected / wrong product received, Product (s) can be exchanged within the 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that the product must be unused with the original price label and packing attached along with the purchase invoice.
- Rajah’s strictly follow “No Refund Policy”. The option of cash back is not available. The exchange policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.
- Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at email@example.com or calling us at WhatsApp +92 300 060 5797. After review of the product complaint, it will be exchanged with same price value product or if you select other amount of article so you have to pay exceed price.
- You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email / Call / SMS / WHATSAPP that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Rajah’s has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.
- Rajah’s reserves the right to update the Exchange policy without any prior notice.
